20-0-20 Gs Pocket Magnetic Strength Meter with ±10% Accuracy and -10°C to +50°C Operating Range
The 20-0-20 Gs Pocket Magnetic Strength Meter is a compact, precision instrument designed for detecting and measuring residual magnetic fields after demagnetization processes. This portable gauss meter provides highly accurate measurements for industrial quality control and magnetic field analysis.
- Pocket-sized design for portability and convenience
- 20 gauss calibrated measurement range
| Model | Measurement Range (Tesla) | Accuracy | Size (mm) |
|---|---|---|---|
| JCZ-5 | 0-5×10⁻⁴ | ±10% | Φ60×23 |
| JCZ-10 | 0-10×10⁻⁴ | ±10% | Φ60×23 |
| MD-2 | 0-20×10⁻⁴ | ±10% | Φ60×23 |
| JCZ-30 | 0-30×10⁻⁴ | ±10% | Φ60×23 |
| JCZ-50 | 0-50×10⁻⁴ | ±10% | Φ60×23 |
During measurement, place the instrument tightly against the surface of the test part with the indicated arrow aligned. Move the instrument in two directions while observing the maximum value displayed, which represents the residual field strength.
This instrument operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +50°C with relative humidity up to 80%.
Due to the instrument's high sensitivity to Earth's magnetic field, measurements should be taken with movement oriented from east to west (or vice versa). If this orientation cannot be maintained, the measured value should be adjusted to account for Earth's field strength. Additionally, ensure no strong magnetic fields are present in the surrounding area to minimize measurement errors.
Our company provides an 18-month warranty from the date of delivery. During this period, any instrument malfunctions will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
1 Gauss = 1 × 10⁻⁴ Tesla = 0.1 Milli-Tesla
