For packing use, the main technical factors are strip thickness, strip width, tensile strength, elongation, and whether ordinary blue steel strip or high quality blue steel strip is more suitable.

The product is produced through cold rolling followed by electrical heat treatment and blue surface processing. This route is used to provide packing strip with stable strength level and practical service performance in industrial bundling use.
Two performance levels are available.
Ordinary blue steel strip is intended for general packing applications and focuses on stable tensile strength with basic elongation.
High quality blue steel strip is intended for stronger bundling demand, with higher tensile level and better impact-bearing capability.
For actual packing lines, strip specification should be selected according to package size, bundling tension, and the rigidity of the packed goods.
