The product uses hot dipped galvalume steel as the base material and is finished with an organic color coating system. The corrugated profile improves sheet rigidity and drainage performance, while the coated surface provides stable color appearance and outdoor weather resistance.

The panels are produced from galvalume steel substrate with AZ coating from 50–180g/m². After coating, the material is formed into corrugated roofing or siding profiles.

The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, and PVDF. PE is suitable for standard construction applications, SMP provides better weather resistance, and PVDF is selected for higher UV exposure and longer exterior service.
