1．Product Overview

Structural use corrugated steel roof sheets are designed for roofing, wall cladding, steel structure buildings, workshops, warehouses, commercial buildings, and general construction projects.

The material uses hot dipped galvalume steel as the base metal and is formed into a corrugated profile. The matt surface finish provides a softer visual appearance for building panels, while the corrugated shape improves sheet rigidity and roof drainage performance.

2．Technical Solution

The sheet is produced from CGLCC or DX51D+AZ galvalume steel substrate according to JIS G3322, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 standards.

The AZ coating range is 50–180g/m². The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer, and the back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, and PVDF. PE is suitable for standard roofing and wall cladding. SMP is selected for better weather resistance. PVDF is suitable for stronger UV exposure and longer exterior service.
