1．Product Overview

Color coated galvalume corrugated steel roof sheets are used for roofing, wall cladding, steel structure buildings, warehouses, workshops, and general building material applications.

The product uses hot dipped galvalume steel as the substrate and an organic color coating system on the surface. The corrugated profile improves sheet rigidity and drainage performance, while the coated surface provides color consistency and outdoor weather resistance.

The sheet is produced from galvalume steel substrate with 50–180g/m² coating. After surface coating, it is roll formed into corrugated roofing profiles.

The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, and PVDF. PE is suitable for standard building use, SMP is used for improved weather resistance, and PVDF is selected for stronger UV resistance and longer exterior service.
