Food Grade Electrolytic Tinplate Sheet in Coil ETP TFS 1.1–11.2g/m²
Food Grade Electrolytic Tinplate Sheet in Coil ETP TFS 1.1–11.2g/m²
1.Product Overview
Food grade electrolytic tinplate sheet in coil is widely used for food packaging, beverage cans, aerosol cans, chemical cans, decorative metal containers, battery shells, and industrial packaging applications.
The product includes ETP and TFS materials with controlled tin coating, stable surface quality, and suitable forming performance for can-making and metal packaging production lines.
Different temper grades and coating combinations support stamping, drawing, bending, printing, lacquering, and container forming requirements.
2.Technical Solution
The product is manufactured by electrolytic coating technology on cold rolled steel substrate. Tin coating improves corrosion resistance, solderability, food compatibility, and packaging durability.
Temper grades from T1 to T5 and DR8 to DR9 support different hardness and forming performance requirements. Softer tempers are suitable for deep drawing and forming, while higher temper grades provide increased rigidity and panel strength.
Equal and differential tin coating options can be selected according to can structure, filling material, storage environment, and corrosion resistance requirements.
Surface finishes including bright, stone, silver, matte, mirror, and color printing support decorative packaging and downstream printing applications.
