This MTP®-16 to 2 x MTP®-8 OM4 cable is a multimode splitter fiber cable featuring an MTP®-16 APC end with an 8-degree polished angle to deflect internal optical back reflections, preventing signal distortion by keeping reflections from entering the transceiver.
Designed for connecting two 200G optical QSFP56 transceivers to 400G optical QSFP-DD/OSFP transceivers in data center high-speed fiber links, this breakout cable solution offers superior cost-effectiveness and lower insertion loss compared to traditional breakout cassette installations.
