WAYS OF LOADING AND UNLOADING BURS:
(1). Straight handpiece: When unloading the bur, please turn the stuck, until you hear a sound.
And loading the bur, you turn the stuck to the opposite side. When you hear a sound, the bur has been fixed
(2). Contra angle handpiece: Screw the clip and put the bottom of bur to the axle center, then turn the clip to the original place.
Unloading the bur, screw the clip and take the bur out.
CLEAN AND LUBRICATE:
(1). Air motor: Load the pipe from motor. For example drip some lubrication into the air pipe at the bottom.
Lubricate it after every use, drip 2 drops.
(2). Straight handpiece: Turn the spray head to the mouth of lubrication.When unloading the bur, put the spray head to the handpiece and ensure that the head of handpiece show sigh of oil.(at least 2 seconds). Don't invert oil tin when using lubrication.
(3). Contra angle handpiece: Loose the winding part of SH, take the conducting gear out. Lubricate the conducting part.Screw the clip when lubircating the head of handpiece.
CAUTIONS:
Don't use damaged or winding burs. The damaged or winding burs will cause accident if use.
Burs are hard to pull out if the gully part has damaged.
Please keep the clamping part clean, if it was stained, the cartridge will shock or the strength of clamping part will weaken.
Please fix the burs, or the bearings will be damaged at early stage. Don't use motor when the clip is loose or burs are not on.
Please install the burs or standard stick even not in usage.
