Application:
Tebuconazole is Systemic fungicide with protective, curative, and eradicant action. Rapidly absorbed into the vegetative parts of the plant, with translocation principally acropetally.
Tebuconazole Uses As a seed dressing, tebuconazole is effective against various smut and bunt diseases of cereals such as Tilletia spp., Ustilago spp., and Urocystis spp., also against Septoria nodorum (seed-borne) and Sphacelotheca reiliana in maize. As a spray, tebuconazole controls numerous pathogens in various crops including: rust species (Puccinia spp.), powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis), scald (Rhynchosporium secalis), Septoria spp., Pyrenophora spp. , Cochliobolus sativus , and head scab (Fusarium spp.) in cereals; leaf spots (Mycosphaerella spp.), leaf rust (Puccinia arachidis) and Sclerotium rolfsii in peanuts; black leaf streak (Mycosphaerella fijiensis) in bananas; stem rot (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum), Alternaria spp., stem canker (Leptosphaeria maculans) and Pyrenopeziza brassicae in oilseed rape; blister blight (Exobasidium vexans) in tea; Phakopsora pachyrhizi in soybeans; Monilinia spp., powdery mildew (Podosphaera leucotricha), Sphaerotheca pannosa, scab (Venturia spp.), white rot in apples (Botryosphaeria dothidea), in pome and stone fruit; powdery mildew (Uncinula necator), in grapevines; rust (Hemileia vastatrix), berry spot disease (Cercospora coffeicola) and American leaf disease (Mycena citricolor) in coffee; white rot (Sclerotium cepivorum) and purple blotch (Alternaria porri) in bulb vegetables; leaf spot (Phaeoisariopsis griseola) in beans; early blight (Alternaria solani) in tomatoes and potatoes.
