The SL4005 Roots Air Blower is a high-performance volumetric fan featuring a three-lobe double oil tank design. This industrial-grade blower delivers reliable air flow proportional to speed with minimal pulsation and exceptional operational stability.
Two three-lobe impellers rotate in opposite directions on parallel shafts, creating three breathing and exhaust cycles per rotation. The advanced impeller design ensures reduced gas pulsation, lower noise levels, and enhanced mechanical strength.

The impeller is manufactured as an integrated unit from QT500-7 material using CNC machining centers. This eliminates the shortcomings of split impeller-shaft structures, preventing deformation, thermal expansion, misalignment, and wear issues.
Our advanced testing facility utilizes microcomputer-based blower test systems with CRAS signal acquisition technology. All units undergo comprehensive performance testing according to JB/T8941.2-1999 standards, monitoring air flow, pressure, noise, vibration, speed, temperature, and electrical parameters.
