The process to make a multi cavity mold
- Prepare the mold base ,cavity inserts,slider steel materials
- Use milling machines,grinding machines,Electrical Die Machines ,and CNC to machining the size which customer required.
- Proceed the electrode via CNC Machine for the injection plastic mould
- Wire cut if needed for the plastic molds
- Polishing for the surface of the custom injection mold
- After everything is ready.assembling the injection plastic mold
- Try the plastic injection moulds and make the samples for customer confirmation.
