This product is mainly suitable for powder&powder and powder&liquid stirring mixture, specially can mix paste, viscous or a large proportion of material, which adopt Horizental U-shaped barrel double layer blender stirring structure, outer ribbon pushing into, inner ribbon pushing out, to make material softness, shear and dislocation that achieve the ourpose of rapid mixing uniformity, is a high effciency, high homogeneity, high loading coefficient, low energy consumption, low pollution and low cracked new type mixing equipment.
Product Features:
Horizontal colter mixer is consist of driving parts, mixer, round barrel and high speed fly-cutter.
When blender's ploughshares do circular revolving, except for materials axial direction dispersing, also can drive the material periphery circle flowing, the middle of high speed fly-cutter for auxiliary mixing and depolymerization of agglomerate dispersion, material can achievev uniformity mixing under the double function of ploughshares and fly-cutter in the short time.
According to different product requirements can design different cylinder: O type barrel, 270º barrel, etc.
According to different material performance can choose different mixing blades: two-way coulter form/one-way blades form. Can
When the material proportion 1‰ to add, mixing uniformity can reach 98%.
Can satisfy the uniform of mixing of calcium carbonate and cotton, flour and lardy.
