SY Hydraulic cone crusher has been improved based on S series cone crusher with some improvements.

1). Fully hydraulic controlling in tramp release, locking, and adjustment, and all these hydraulic functions are easy to use.

 2). Both standard head and short head type of SY cone crushers improve yield by 15% than S series due to design of removing feed plate. Fine particles percent in gradation curves is between in S series and H series, the percent of particles which is smaller than closed side setting is about 70% to 75%;

3). Different kinds of cavity choices to be selected;

4). Hydraulic cylinders are processed by rolling, causing hard, smooth surface and high accuracy. Sealing parts durable, and some parts are supplied by Europe countries;

5). Wearing parts such as mantles, bowl liners, pinions, gears, bushings, socket liners, etc are interchangeable to those of S Series cone crushers.

6). PLC system to control in the starting, running, and stopping of the machine in a chain, for example, the connected controlling between electric motor and lubrication system, oil temperature and heating of oil, the automatically controlling in hydraulic system. You can also choose manual operations in all above.

7). Dust proof structure adopts grease sealing method. Sealing ring is supported by supporting rubber tube, which is much more simple and reliable, with low fault rate, easy for assembling, disassembling and maintenance.

8). Clamping Cylinder is built-in. When cone crusher runs, the bowl and adjustment ring clamps together supported by the force of disc springs. When adjust closed side setting, through the hydraulic force, disc spring is compressed, releasing clamping, and realize the adjustments of closed side setting.

9). Adopt industrial electrical air conditioner to cool down the lubrication system, so that the performance of cone crusher won’t be affected by the limitation of temperature and lack of water.
