Drum System

The drum part is the heart of the separator, all that we need to process is fininshed in this highky rotation drum system. It is composed of drum, drum cover, seal ring, disc rack, disc and 30 nozzles etc.

The drum is forged and processed by numerical control machine, which is made from that high tension and corrosion resistance stainless steel, and tested by NDT for 4 times. Therefore this separator can operate safely and reliably under high-load and high ratation speed for a long time.

Nozzle of the starch separator

The nozzle of starch separator is one of key part and need periodic replacement. It apply bayoner lock design, safe, reliable and easy, one only need to rotate 180 degree with screwdriver, then can take out the nozzle, which means the operator can master it quickly.

Nozzle adopt convenient replacement design, the cover can asending automaticlly, which ease the labor intensity of operator.

The starch separator are mainly used in pre-concentration starch, separation of starch and gluten, concentration of gluten(protein), clarify of process water in the after step and so on.
