Introduction
 
This gauge is a comprehensive physical parameter tester for measuring the weight, circumference (roundness), length, draw resistance, ventilation ratio, hardness and other parameters of cigarettes and filter rods based on a modular design concept; The RT comprehensive test gauge improves the test precision, is suitable for samples of various specifications such as thin (medium-thin and ultra-thin) samples and short samples, and has remote diagnosis and maintenance functions.
 
 
Performance and features
 
1. Equipment function: test physical indicators of various cigarettes and filter rods, such as weight, circumference, roundness, length, draw resistance (open type and closed type), ventilation ratio, and hardness;
2. Modular design and draw-type structure; different units can be combined as needed, and specified test functions can be enabled or disabled;
3. Panel-type unit layout, attractive and generous, and conducive to observation of the measurement process and troubleshooting;
4.Feeding device: adopting a full-automatic roller hopper with independent intellectual property rights, and automatic switching to a thick gear, a medium gear or a thin gear by software according to sample brands;
5.Weighing unit: adopting an imported precision balance (capable of preventing electromagnetic interference), having an automatic calibration function, and automatic peeling in the measurement process (to avoid interference from dust and other impurities);
equipped with an electronic level to adjust the levelness of the equipment, so that calibration and measurement errors are avoided;
6. Circumference unit: adopting the patent and proprietary technologies such as a mechanical clamping device, a height stepless adjustment device for special filter rods, double-angle positioning based on hardware and software to test transparent filter rods;
7. Length unit: adopting a mechanical clamping device and a reference positioning device that does not need to be re-calibrated after brand change;
 
8. Draw resistance unit: adopting patent technologies with intellectual property rights, such as island valves, wedge seals, panel filters, temperature and humidity monitors, internal standard bars for automatically calibrating test data (note ①), and anti-static technology;
pressure drop of test tube is less than 10Pa and meets national standard requirements;
9. Hardness unit (air bearing): vertically applying pressure directly with weights, and adopting advanced technologies such as the air bearing zero-friction technology and the laser non-contact measurement technology to ensure that the pressure meets national standard requirements;
automatic centering of samples, and stepless width-range setting of measurement position;
10. Control system: adopting a 15-inch industrial tablet computer as the control computer, adopting a windows 7 operating system, and hanging the computer on the left of the equipment.
11. Data output: equipped with a large-format thermal printer, Ethernet interface and USB interfaces and having data upload capacity;
12. Externally equipped with an alarm light and having a sound-light alarm function;
13. Power supply and gas source: adopting an industrial power supply with high anti-interference capacity; equipped with an oil-water separator and a precision filter to enhance gas source purification;
14. Repair and maintenance: having remote diagnosis and maintenance functions.
