ZF12B Cigarette Storing and Transferring System for Cigarette Making Machine and Cigarette Packing Machine

ZF12B is a flexible link-up system for the cigarette making machine and cigarette packing machine which is manufactured after the improvement of COMFLEX-1 technology. It consists of three 

machines: YJ35D Tray Filler,  YBl7 Tray Unloader and YF12B Transferring Unit,  which are coordinated 

effectively by PLC. This equipment is installed between the cigarette maker and packer for cigarette 

transferring and buffering. During the cigarette transferring,  whenever the cigarette maker or the 

packer is stopped, it could guarantee that one part of the system is normally running through tray filling and

 tray unloading. 
 

Highlights:

1. Highly flexible,  large capacity of buffering,   the cigarettes could be transferred reliably and stably. 

2. The installation arrangement is flexible and suitable to the various machines and the workshops. 

3. The electric cabinet is fitted on the top of tray filler,  the electric cabinets of tray unloader and transferring unit are integrated together,  taking less space,  convenient for field management. 

4. The elevating mechanism of transferring unit could choose either vertical lifting or tilting lifting,  meeting the customers' different needs. 

5. Electric control system adopts SIEMENS PLC and PROFIBUS filed-bus technology. The fault rate is low 

and the performance is reliable. 

6. The SIEMENS touch screen could display the fault information and position. The parameters are easy to

 be set and adjusted.
