Rolling tension control system is using Japan yaskawa ac frequency converter and feedback control components, Japan koyo encoder can maintain constant paper tension, also can achieve taper control according to the technical requirement. Rectify the Italian ST automatic photoelectric correction system can automatically‘edge’or‘line’, ensuring base material position correctly. Raw material handling with a shaft gas cap type clamping and pneumatic lifting mechanism. The main traction by three-phase frequency conversion motor drive, Japan yaskawa ac inverter control. Winding tension according to the parameters set by the cutting process requirement and winding diameter change can be set automatic control taper mode. Double closed scroll pneumatic pressure roller, the pressure arbitrary adjustable.
