Multi Function Automatic Foil Stamping Machine ± 0.05 mm Accuracy

Application

1. Cold foil stamping is the main function of this series of machines. The main feature of this function is as below.

A. The most important feature is “saving foils aiming at environment protection”. It is driven by servo motors to deliver the foil. According to the cold foil images’ size, this system can automatically jump forward or backward to enhance the utilization of foil. 

B. Offline production to satisfy printing production requirement either first printing then cold foil stamping on the printing surface or first cold foil stamping then printing.

C. Cold foil stamping can achieve fine lines, small text, halftone pattern and metalized effect on the printing surface.

D. This machine can applied into a wide range of printing substrates. The printing substrates, which are completely well-marched with offset printing machine, no matter thin paper or thick paper, small size board or big size board, are delivered by grippers from the feeder to the auto-collecting unit in the whole production process. The registered accuracy reaches ±0.05mm.
