APPLICATION

FMA-B series vertical automatic laminating machine is suitable for laminating BOPP film, PET film and PVC onto cardboard with auto-feeder, auto-cutter and auto-stacker. It can reduce labor intensity, enhance production efficiency and guarantee the products' quality. This machine suits for any artistic prints' lamination, which has been wildly applied to lamination of book cover, picture, package box, paper bag and calendar. It is an ideal machine for packing industry to make color vivid, lines clear, printings glossy and bright, moisture-proof, dirt-proof as well as durable.

KEY TECHNIQUES 

1. Vertical design of the main structure to improve the over length for oil bridge type.

2. Paper overlap is controlled by servo motor to be stable and precise.

3. With chromed steel roller coating and chromed steel roller fractioning, it greatly reduces glue consumption to low down production cost for laminating. 

4. Pneumatic laminating device, strong thermal spray air drying system and automatic hydraulic pressure integrated with main machine are equipped for easy operation.

5. Independent property and structure with strong thermal spray air drying system will save space and avoid left and right shifting of film to ensure laminating accuracy to be within ±1mm. 

6. Large diameter drying roller (diameter up to 800mm) and laminating roller are separated in temperature control. It will be helpful for instant heating and speeding quickly. Touching area for drying roller and film is big since diameter of laminating roller is up to 400mm. With enough touching period with pressure roller, it can ensure qualified product. 

7. Roller shelf and air shaft device are equipped for easy loading & unloading as well as quick adjustment.

8.PLC system design and overall control box are for easy maintenance of machine.
