GMP Standard Agitator Machine For Molasses Shisha Tobacco Flavor Mixing Blending

INTRODUCTION

This machine is customized by us for blending molasses tobacco more evenly. In order to agitate the mixture of cut tobacco, glycerin, molasses, flavors, etc., we need a very powerful agitating motor to ensure the mixing quality.

And because of that, we use a high performance motor to blend these stuffs to avoid motor break-down.

The tobacco molasses mixture is sticky, which is the reason why we put three shovels on the bottom of the mixing pot to erase sticky molasses to ensure the integrity of the mixture.

It has the hot steam and electrical heating sources. Also it can add the agitator and cover. All depend on clients.

This equipment consist of boiler body, stir device, tilting system, worm wheel and worm rod and the boiler body can be rotated within 180 degree.

All the materials in contact with media used stainless steel featuring good anticorrosion and durability which are in accordance with GMP standard.
