YF17 Cigarette Storing and Transferring System
Introduction:
YF17 is a link system researched and developed by China Tobacco. It is used to connect the high speed cigarette maker and the packer with a reservoir of large capacity. YF17 system could steadily transfer the cigarettes from the maker to the packer and control the product flow in real time, buffering and coordinating the maker and the packer in the best running condition.
Technical Features:
In order to improve the cigarette transferring function, it adopts technical advantages from the spiral steel belt storage system. To keep the cigarette fresh, it can empty the reservoir and transfer all cigarettes into the packing machine. The electric control system uses the advanced PROFIBUS filed-bus technology and integrates the worldly famous electric elements, with perfect extensibility and compatibility, suitable for the management of information technology and network. It is convenient to be maintained with low cost.
