Instruction

This line is used for RYO Roll-Your-Own Tobacco, which fills tobacco cut rag into small pouch. It is customized by sample from the customer. Its packaging process is from scattering tobacco, elevating, quantitative weighing, forming to sending out automatically, artificial bag packaging, then outer packaging by packaging machine.

This line design characteristic is operated simple and easily. We are sure you will be totally satisfied with the practicability, dependability and economic efficiency of this machine. But the structure of machine and operation will different to some extent according to various use of characteristic and content of Packaging thing.

Packaging Process

Scattered Feeder — Elevator — Quantitative Weighing — Forming —Sending Out — Bagging by Manual — Outer Packaging

Installation

Open the packing box, check whether all the parts are the same described in the packing list, if not, please contact with our company or supplier right away.

Install the machine to good intensity of illumination and drafty space, check whether all the parts are fast. Before use the machine, clean the machine and the food touch parts with absolute alcohol.

Packing

If the machine won’t be used for a long time, pack the machine with germfree film, put it in the shade and dry place.

Transportation

If the machine will be transported for a long distance, it must be packed with wooden crate include the desiccant. If the machine will be shipped, the wooden crate must be seaworthy, and do the antisepsis work on the surface of the machine
