Container production line

Output of the production line is around 40-50 containers/min, it is based on container size and complexity.

The total production line including:

1. Computer drive setlength decoiler/slitter
2. A high-performance deep drawing pneumoelectric machine
3. A high edge or full edge perfect container mould
4. A products collector (Equipped with scrap collection)
5. Electrical cabinet

: Pneumoelectric machine,centralized control. Full automatic processing and products collection.

: Width of the feeder is 50-600mm(adjustable).Feeding system adopts computer set length and can be controlled arbitrary regulation in 30mm-2000mm.

Aluminium foil roll---decoiler-- pneumoelectric press----mould---conveyor---collection desk---packing
