2. Configurate the screen for free charge, make sure the led display working and save the configuration files for spare use, such as .RCFG or .RCG files and so on.
3. Provide the remote help when you need any help of using the LED display.
4. Provide the installation structure drawing.
5. Enough spare modules , cards, power supply for replacing them when something wrong with them.
6. Send back the broken parts to us for free repair within 2 years, send back the broken parts to us for repair after 2 years and pay the repair fee.
