Materials
For aritight /sealed air /welded inflatable tents: we use best 0.6MM/0.9MM PVC tarpaulin.
For sewed/stitched inflatable tents: We use best PVC tarpaulin 0.45mm/0.55mm or lightweight ripstop nylon material. The PVC tarpaulin and ripstop nylon material both is wateproof, flame resistance, lead free, anti-UV and anti-aging.
Details of making craft
1. Reinforcement Belt: Double to fourfold stitches to make sure product firm and extend use life span.
2. Wind ring: The metal ring sited at the bottom of inflatable products to fix product, stop swing.

With carpet inside, PVC tarpaulin bag outside.
