Quantum PLC Module Features
Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured with strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in very high reliability. Quantum PLC also features hardware fault self-detection with timely alarm notifications.
The system can be programmed in the Concept of peripheral components for fault self-diagnosis, providing protection beyond just the PLC circuit and equipment. This gives the entire system high reliability. All modules support hot swapping without system downtime, reducing workload and simplifying maintenance. LED status indicators visually display CPU and I/O template channel status for quick maintenance.
Quantum PLC has complete supporting facilities with comprehensive functions and strong applicability. Critical systems like river water intake and condensate fine treatment utilize dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supply, redundant remote I/O, plus dual Ethernet to ensure safe, continuous operation. The advanced two-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and convenient operation.
Through two identically configured module sets forming primary/secondary pairs, the host CPU normally handles program operation and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status/data via the hot standby module. The standby monitors the host's status and immediately switches (within one PLC scan cycle) if the host fails, ensuring uninterrupted logic operations.
