Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes with advanced anti-interference technology for high reliability. The module includes hardware fault self-detection with immediate alarm notification.
The system can be programmed in Concept with peripheral component fault self-diagnosis, providing comprehensive protection for both PLC circuits and connected equipment. All modules support hot swapping without system downtime, reducing maintenance workload. LED status indicators provide clear visual feedback for CPU and I/O template channel status.
Quantum PLC features complete supporting facilities with comprehensive functionality. Critical systems can be configured with dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supply, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet for maximum system reliability. The advanced hot-standby system uses identical primary and secondary modules, with automatic failover in case of primary failure (switch time less than one PLC scan cycle).
