Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit adopts advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in very high reliability.
Quantum PLC includes hardware fault self-detection functionality, with the ability to promptly alert when failures occur. It can be programmed in the Concept of peripheral components for fault self-diagnosis, providing protection for the entire system beyond just the PLC circuit and equipment.
All modules support hot swapping without requiring system shutdown, reducing workload and simplifying maintenance. LED status indicators visually display the CPU and I/O template channel status, providing great convenience for quick maintenance.
Quantum PLC features complete supporting facilities, comprehensive functions, and strong applicability. Critical systems such as river water intake and condensate fine treatment utilize dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supply, redundant remote I/O, plus dual Ethernet to ensure safe and continuous system operation.
The advanced two-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and convenient operation. Through two sets of identically configured modules forming primary and secondary systems, the standby machine monitors the host's running status and can immediately switch over in case of host failure, with switching time not exceeding one PLC scanning cycle.
