The DP820 is a dual-channel pulse counting module designed for incremental pulse transmitters, supporting frequencies up to 1.5 MHz. Each channel is equipped with counters and registers to measure position/length and speed/frequency. It features three balanced inputs for connecting pulse transmitters, along with one digital input and one digital output per channel. Compatible with pulse transmitters featuring RS422, +5 V, +12 V, +24 V, and 13 mA interfaces, the DP820 offers versatile connectivity.
For optimal use, pair the DP820 with Module Termination Units including TU810V1, TU812V1, TU814V1, TU830V1, and TU833.
- Dual-channel configuration
- Supports RS422, 5 V, 12 V, 24 V, and 13 mA transducer signal levels
- Enables simultaneous pulse counting and frequency measurement
- Bidirectional 29-bit counter for accumulating pulse counts (length/position)
- Frequency (speed) measurement range: 0.25 Hz to 1.5 MHz
The AI830/AI830A is an RTD input module with 8 channels, designed to measure temperature using resistive elements (RTDs) via 3-wire connections. All RTDs must be isolated from ground.
Compatible with Pt100, Cu10, Ni100, Ni120, and other resistive sensors, the module performs linearization and converts temperature readings to either Celsius or Fahrenheit internally.
Each channel can be configured independently. The MainsFreq parameter allows setting the mains frequency filter cycle time, creating a notch filter at the specified frequency (50 Hz or 60 Hz).
- 8 channels for RTD inputs (supports Pt100, Cu10, Ni100, Ni120, and resistive sensors)
- 3-wire connection for RTDs
- 14-bit resolution
- Input monitoring for open circuits, short circuits, and grounded sensor
