The CZJ-4D vibration monitor is an essential monitoring and protection device for various rotating machinery including fans, compressors, and steam turbine generators. When paired with SZ series speed sensors, it continuously monitors and measures absolute peak-to-peak vibration or vibration intensity (effective velocity value) of bearings in rotating equipment. The instrument provides proportional current output for direct connection to DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders, with automatic alarm relay switch contact output when vibration exceeds set limits.
This vibration monitoring instrument delivers high accuracy, stable performance, strong anti-interference capability, and exceptional reliability.
