Zhong He CZJ-B3 Vibration Severity Monitor – Industrial Vibration Measuring Instrument
The CZJ-B3 vibration severity monitor is an essential detection and protection instrument for various rotating mechanical equipment including fans, compressors, and steam turbine generators. Designed for continuous monitoring and measurement of absolute peak-to-peak vibration or vibration velocity on rotating machinery bearings, this instrument provides proportional current output for direct connection to DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders. When vibration amplitude exceeds preset limits, it automatically activates alarm relay switch contacts.
This high-precision instrument features stable performance, strong anti-interference capability, and high reliability. It is widely applicable across power generation, machinery, chemical, and metallurgical industries, making it ideal for monitoring system designs in small to medium-sized rotating machinery installations.

- Buffer output for sensor raw signal (TDM signal)
- Programmable alarm settings across full measurement range
- Relay switch output with normally open contacts (AC250V/2A, DC28V/2A)
- Configurable alarm delay: 0.1s, 1s, or 3s (default 1s)
