Featuring an ultra-slim and lightweight body with dimensions of 20×50×39mm and a net weight of just 35g, this sensor breaks the size limitations of conventional photoelectric sensors. The integrated housing uses high-strength ABS and PMMA materials with excellent compression and wear resistance. The streamlined design enables easy embedding in narrow mechanical gaps, dense assembly stations, compact conveyor systems, and miniature automated equipment.
Advanced Detection Technology
Equipped with SICK's exclusive high-precision PinPoint 625nm red LED light source, the sensor forms an ultra-fine 8mm focused light spot at a detection distance of 700mm. It supports a flexible detection range from 20mm to 950mm, with superior background suppression technology that effectively shields interference from reflective surfaces, messy backgrounds, and surrounding mechanical structures.
Built-in five-turn precision potentiometer enables stepless fine-tuning of detection distance, adapting to diverse requirements for workpieces with different sizes, materials, and colors.

Built for harsh industrial environments, the sensor features an IP67 ingress protection rating, effectively resisting dust, water splashes, and industrial debris.
