Important Notes: Always check joints, gloves, sealing elements, and pipelines for air-tightness before and during operation. Corrosive gases are prohibited as they will damage sensors. The air-lock chamber inlet and outlet must not be opened simultaneously to prevent external gas contamination. By closing vacuum flanges, the glove box can be vacuumed by mechanical pump up to 0.5 torr before filling inert gas, achieving moisture below 180 ppm and oxygen below 200 ppm while saving 1-2 tanks of inert gas per operation.
