This automated liquid edible oil filling machine provides precision filling for containers ranging from 50 ml to 3700 ml. The system features advanced weight-based filling control with automatic bottle handling, inspection, and capping capabilities.
Empty bottles are transferred via variable pitch screw and star-wheels to filling stations equipped with protected weighting sensors. The system performs automatic empty bottle inspection and slanting bottle detection before initiating a two-stage filling process: slow filling followed by normal filling. When liquid approaches the target level, the system switches back to slow filling and stops automatically when the predetermined weight is reached. Filled bottles are then conveyed to the capping station via transition star-wheel.
