Application Scope
Designed for depalletizing various metal cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles in layered configurations for beverage production environments.
Operation Process
Forklift places the full pallet onto the hydraulic lift table. Chain lifter transports the pallet to the uppermost position. Four-side clamps securely hold the top layer of containers, moving them to the multi-lane conveyor. After release, clamps return to position while pneumatic hands remove isolation pads. The process repeats layer by layer until complete, with empty pallets automatically stacked for removal.
