The automated workflow begins when a forklift places the full pallet stack onto the hydraulic lift table. The chain lifter elevates the pallet to the uppermost position, where four-sided clamps securely grip the top layer of containers. The clamped layer transfers horizontally to the multi-lane conveyor, where containers are released for downstream processing. The system then removes isolation pads using pneumatic absorption hands and repeats the cycle until all layers are processed. Empty pallets are automatically stacked and removed by forklift.
