High-level bulk can depalletizer is a mechanical machine that unloads (depalletizes) packaged empty cans or glass bottles from pallets. The depalletizer enables automated transfer of products and materials from pallets without human personnel, saving time, money, and operational effort.

Designed for various metal cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles requiring layered depalletizing operations.

Forklift places the entire stack of cans/bottles into the unstacking station (hydraulic lift table). Chain lifter transports the packed pallet to the uppermost position of the depalletizer. Four-side clamps securely hold the top layer of cans or bottles from all sides, moving in parallel to the outlet multi-lane conveyor. Clamps open to release the entire layer onto the conveyor, then return to original position. Pneumatic absorption hands remove the interlayer pads and transfer them to the pad collector. The process repeats for each layer until completion, with hydraulic lift lowering the empty pallet for removal by forklift.
