Operation Process
Empty bottles are transferred via variable pitch screw and star-wheels to filling stations equipped with protected weighting sensors. After automatic empty bottle inspection and slanting bottle detection, the system initiates slow filling, transitions to normal filling speed, then returns to slow filling as the liquid approaches the target level. Weight sensors signal filling termination when the predetermined weight is achieved.
