Rinsing part

Filling part
This part adopts the method of isobaric filling.The washed bottles are exported from the bottle rinsing machine through the star wheel and sent to the filling machine. The bottle that enters the filling machine is held by the neck support plate, and the filling valve is lowered and raised by the action of the cam through the cylinder lifting mechanism. The filling adopts the
pressure filling method. After the filling is completed, the bottle is stuck on the bottleneck transition wheel and enters the capping machine.

Capping part
After filling, the bottle enters the capping machine through the feeding wheel with cap . The dial on the capping machine clamps the bottle neck, keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head is kept under the action of the cam on the capping machine to realize the actions of cap grasping, capping and capping , and capping, and completes the entire capping process. The finished bottle is conveyed from the capping machine to the bottle conveying chain through the bottle conveying wheel, and then conveyed out of the three-in-one bottle filling machine by the conveying chain.
