Working Procedure
Cans are fed sequentially via feeding screw and star-wheel to the holding platform. Centering cups descend to seal with cans using spring-loaded plastic rings. After precise filling, valves close, air discharges, and centering cups retract. Filled cans transfer to the seamer where lids are applied and edges are turned to complete sealing via cam control, then conveyed to the output system.
Equipment Structure
Complete system includes rack, rotary filler, rotary seamer, aluminum infeed/outfeed system, and centralized control unit.
