Working Procedure
Cans are fed sequentially via feeding screw and star-wheel to the holding platform. Centering cups descend to seal against cans using spring-loaded plastic rings. Filling valves operate smoothly via plastic idler wheels following curvilinear motion. After filling completion, valves close, air discharges, and centering cups retract. Filled cans transfer to conveyor chains and proceed to seaming stations where lids are applied and edges are turned to complete the sealing process.
