Automatic PET Bottle Water Blowing Filling Capping Combiblock Machine
This integrated combiblock system combines blowing, filling, and capping processes into a single automated production line for PET bottle manufacturing.
Working Process Overview
Preform Feed-in and Unscrambling
Preforms are elevated and transmitted to the unscrambler where they are automatically sorted and delivered by two inclined revolving cylinders. The system ensures high efficiency operation without preform scratches.
Heating System
The heating unit prepares preforms for the blowing process using standardized worldwide technology for consistent performance.
Blowing Unit
Special manipulators deliver heated preforms to molds along precise cam curves. After stretch pre-blow, preforms are blown into bottles using high-pressure compressed air.
Filling Unit
Finished bottles are transported to the filler via starwheel. The gravity filling system uses lifting cylinders and cam mechanisms to control bottle positioning and filling operations.
Capping Unit
Bottles enter the capper via transition starwheel. Anti-rotation knives maintain bottle vertical alignment while capping heads perform gripping, sleeving, screwing, and discharging operations to complete the capping process.
