Bottle Infeed System
Rinsing Unit
Features a fully SUS304 stainless steel welded rotary wheel structure with innovative overturning bottle clamps that grip bottles at the neck position, preventing thread contamination. High-efficiency atomizing spray nozzles ensure thorough inner wall cleaning while conserving water. Utilizes Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance-free bearings in lifting devices.
Filling System
Constructed entirely from SUS304 stainless steel with gravity filling method. Features precisely structured filling valves for accurate volume control. Bottles move vertically via cam-operated elevators for contact filling at bottle mouth. Liquid level controlled by float-ball mechanism.
Capping Unit
Includes reverse cap stop and pick-out mechanisms with photocell switch for automatic shutdown when caps are depleted. Features inlet bottle detection switch and centrifugal cap arranging to minimize cap damage.
