Introduction:
Washing procedure: total 12 steps:
No.1 pre-wash; No.2 and 3: lye washing; No.4: dripping; No.5 and 6: recycled water washing; No.7, 8 and 9: disinfectant washing; No. 10 and 11: product water washing; No.12: dripping. Rinsing heads are hoisting type.
Cycle disinfectant, recycled on side, convenient for sampling and inspection. Each tank has low level alarming device. Chain moving for cleaning. Double-layer board avoids water mixing. High speed filling valves have sensitive water level detection to avoid bottle outfeed without full filling. Adopt chain type pressing caps.
