Semi Automatic 4 Cavity PET Plastic Bottle Stretch Blow Molding Machine
This advanced stretch blow molding system produces high-quality PET plastic bottles with minimal operator training requirements. The machine features a 4-cavity design capable of producing up to 2500 bottles per hour.
Operation Process
- Preforms are loaded into the variable-speed preheater with specialized heating elements
- Heated preforms are manually loaded into the 4-cavity blow molder
- Bottles are formed during the blowing cycle and removed for conveyor transport
- Finished bottles can be directly filled or stored for later use
