Rwa water→Raw water tank→Pump→Filter(Quartz SandActive CarbonPrecisionSecurity)→Pump→One-stage Reverse Osmosis→Middle tank→Pume→Two-stage Reverse→Pure water tank→Pump→Ozone sterilization→Pump→Titanium filter
3,Main Compoents And Function Description
Raw water tank:To solve the problem of unstable water pressure and reduce the mechanical failure caused by the frequent startup and unstable water pressure during the pump working.
Quartz sand filter:It is used as the pretreatment of RO equipment and ultrafiltration equipment, mainly for the interception and adsorption of sediment, colloid, metal ions and organic matter.
Active carbon filter:The internal structure is the same as quartz sand filter.After activate carbon filtration, residual chlorine in water can be reduced to 0.1mg/L.
Precision (Safety)Filtration:Use 5us melt jet filter element,it can remove fine particles to create conditions for RO water inflow.
Pump:Provide the power for reverse osmosis operation.
RO Systerm:It is the core components of RO equipment, Membrane separation technology is applied to effectively remove charged ions, inorganic substances, colloidal particles, bacteria and organic substances in water.It is the best equipment in preparation of high pure water, desalination of brackish water and wastewater treatment.Widely used in electronics, medicine, food, textile, chemical, power generation and other fields.
