Working Process
Cans are fed sequentially via screw and star-wheel mechanisms. Filling valves descend with centering cups that seal against cans using spring-loaded plastic rings. After filling, valves close, air discharges, and filled cans transfer to the seamer for lid placement and edge sealing before final conveyance.

Complete line includes rack, rotary filler, rotary seamer, aluminum infeed/outfeed system, and centralized control unit.
