This line is mainly used for filling pure water or mineral water of 3 & 5 gallon bottle. 5 gallon water filling machine consists of empty bottle transferring, internal bottle brushing, auto de-capper, external bottle brushing, rinsing filling capping, light checker, neck shrinker, bagging, full bottle transferring and pallitizer, enabling full automatic intelligent production.
This filling line specially for 3-5gallons barreled drink water,with type QGF-150, QGF-300, QGF-450, QGF-600, QGF-900, QGF-1200, QGF-1500. It intergrates bottle washing, filling and capping into one unit. In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing , the washing machine use multi-washing liquid spray and-thimerosal spray.
