This automated edible oil bottling system integrates filling, capping, and rotary transmission technologies with PLC control and frequency adjustment. Engineered specifically for edible oil production requirements, it combines advanced technology with practical design for optimal performance, safety, and maintenance efficiency.
Operation Process
Empty bottles transfer via variable pitch screw and star-wheels to filling stations equipped with protected weighting sensors. After automatic empty bottle inspection and slanting bottle detection, the system initiates slow filling, transitions to normal filling, then returns to slow filling as liquid approaches the target level. Weight sensors signal filling completion when predetermined weight is achieved. Filled bottles transfer to capping via transition star-wheel, where sorted caps from the cap elevator and unscrambler are applied before bottles proceed to conveying chain for subsequent processing.
