Operation Process
Empty bottles are transferred via variable pitch screw and star-wheels to filling stations equipped with protected weighting sensors. The system performs automatic empty bottle inspection and slanting bottle detection before initiating the filling sequence. The process includes slow filling start, normal filling operation, and slow filling finish as liquid approaches the target level. Weight sensors signal filling completion, and filled bottles proceed to the capping station via transition star-wheel.
